Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. For safety and hygiene reasons, the following are final sale and cannot be returned: candles that have been burned, opened incense, herbs, oils, bath and body products, and sale or clearance items.

How to Start a Return

Email the.loddings.llc@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll cover the return or send a replacement. Just email us photos within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to let you know whether it was approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Timing may vary by bank.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original and place a new order.
