When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $50 ship free within the US.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused items in their original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can help.
How do digital downloads work?
Our Breath Oracle decks are printable PDFs. After checkout, you will get a download link right away by email. Because digital files are delivered instantly, they are not eligible for return.
Why is an item I want not available yet?
Our apothecary is still being stocked. New crystals, jewelry and ritual kits are arriving soon. Join the Coven (our email list) on the homepage to be the first to know.
Are crystals a substitute for medical care?
No. Our crystals, ritual tools and breathwork pieces are for spiritual and personal wellness practice. They are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition.
How can I reach you?
